July-22: Self-drive Tour Campaign
A self-drive tour campaign themed: “Discover the Hui Culture” was launched in July, 2008 as part of the mutual tourism promotion program between Zhenjiang (Jiangsu) and Xuancheng (Anhui). A total of 22 private cars with 96 tourists participated in this activity accompanied by two professional tour guides and one car mechanic.
July-9: Summer Camp Program
2008 Sino-Korea Teenager Summer Camp was launched on July 8th and a total number of 1,000 teenagers were involved. On this special occasion, teenagers from China and Korea went to visit the largest public security museum in Asia an experienced the most advanced technologies in Korea.
July-4: International Marketing Training
A training focused on “A Strategic Marketing Plan for Tourism in Jiangsu Province, Europe and North America,” was held on July 4th in Zhenjiang. Professor Morrison from Belle Tourism International Consulting, also a WTO Expert delivered a vivid and inspirational speech. Over 100 tourism companies from Zhenjiang, Yangzhou and Taizhou participated in the event.
