Zhenjiang Tourism Bureau is the government official tourism management of Zhenjiang. Our responsibilities are:

• To implement tourism policies issued by the state’s and provincial tourism government. To develop and carry out the tourism management regulations and methods throughout Zhenjiang.
  
• To work out and carry out tourism development strategies as well as long-term action plans. To initiate and supervise the research and statistics on Zhenjiang tourism industry.
  
• To study and develop marketing strategies for both domestic and inbound tourist markets. To promote the destination image of Zhenjiang by means of various festivals and events. To assist the development of new tour products and packages in Zhenjiang.
  
• To supervise the market situation and the service quality of tourism development in Zhenjiang. To defend the legal rights of both the consumers and vendors in the tourism industry.
  
• To make further use of tourism resources in Zhenjiang and to guide and assist with the construction of supporting facilities.
  
• To carry out tourism human resource training programs in order to improve their knowledge and skills, and to reinforce the construction of spiritual civilization.
  
• To establish and maintain good relationships with partners in the tourism industry as well as in other industries.
